Becky Langille-Rowe

Co-Founding Partner | Workplace Investigator and Facilitator

Becky Langille-Rowe conducts workplace investigations and threshold assessments for federally and provincially regulated employers and service providers. When a complaint lands, an allegation surfaces, or a workplace conflict won't resolve on its own, organizations turn to Becky for a process that is fair, thorough, and defensible.

Since 2023, she has investigated a wide range of allegations, including:

  • discrimination involving characteristics protected under provincial and federal human rights legislation;
  • harassment, including sexual harassment;
  • violence, including sexual assault;
  • boundary violations by teachers;
  • general acts of misconduct and policy violations, such as theft and dishonesty; and
  • off-duty conduct of professionals, executives, and other employees.

Beyond investigations, Becky facilitates workplace conflict resolution discussions; conducts workplace assessments and culture reviews; and provides training to HR professionals and organizational leaders on how to conduct workplace investigations, respond to complaints, and complete threshold assessments, along with training on human rights legislation, applicable policies, and occupational health and safety.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, Becky built her foundation in employment law and commercial litigation at national and regional firms before moving into investigations full-time. That litigation grounding shapes how she approaches every mandate: she knows how evidence is tested, how findings are challenged, and what it takes for a report to withstand scrutiny.

Alex Little

Co-Founding Partner | Mediator and Workplace Investigator

Alexandria (Alex) Little is a mediator and workplace investigator whose practice is built on more than two decades of legal experience across litigation, in-house counsel, and executive leadership. Today she works as a neutral — mediating civil disputes and conducting workplace investigations for organizations that want conflict handled with credibility and care.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2005, Alex began her career in complex corporate-commercial litigation at a national Bay Street firm, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada. She moved in-house as legal counsel at Hydro One Networks Inc., returned to private practice in Sault Ste. Marie, and ultimately joined the leadership team at Algoma Steel Inc., where she served as Vice President, General Counsel.

As General Counsel, Alex led the company's legal function — overseeing litigation strategy, advising executive leadership and the Board of Directors on commercial, regulatory, and labour and employment matters, directing external counsel, and conducting internal investigations. She also served as head of the management bargaining team during collective agreement negotiations.

That combination — courtroom, boardroom, and bargaining table — shapes how Alex approaches dispute resolution. She has seen first-hand how conflict escalates and what it costs organizations, and she brings that perspective to helping parties resolve matters before it does.

Alex recently completed an intensive alternative dispute resolution course at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, as her first step toward the Qualified Mediator (Q.Med.) designation.
